Anthony Lawrence, CEO
Tony is a service-disabled veteran of the US Army, where he served as the mission manager for counter-insurgent operations cells within the Dept of Defense.
Tony was also hand-selected to work on the Director of NSA’s staff as the primary corporate briefer for NSA/CSS, acting as the face and voice of the Cryptologic Enterprise. Tony plans to use VOR’s innovative cyber engineering capabilities as a catalyst to bolster national security by changing the way the Intelligence Community sees cyberspace.
Rodney Buie, CFORodney brings over thirty years of senior executive, program management, and engineering experience in IT, working with companies that range from startup businesses to multinational corporations. Prior to joining VOR, his most recent position was Chief Financial Officer of the TeleCommunication Systems Cyber Security division. Over the past ten years, Rodney has led cyber security programs performing software development, training, simulation, and project management for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Rodney holds a M.B.A. from UCLA, M.S. from the University of Missouri, and B.S. from Stanford University in Engineering.
Ralph Hallenbeck, COORalph "Rudy" Hallenbeck is the Chief Operations Officer (COO), VOR Technology. Rudy has served as the Director and Vice President of General Dynamics Intelligence Systems (GD-AIS), as well as Senior Program Manager for Harris Corporation, managing major SATCOM; Timing related programs. Rudy is PMP and ITILv3 certified. With more than 35 years of program and senior management experience; 15 years were dedicated to managing programs at NSA ranging from $20 million to more than $1 billion in value. Rudy is a retired Air Force Colonel and a combat veteran of Vietnam. Rudy earned a Master’s of Science in Systems Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) and a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering from the U.S Air Force Academy.
